Meet the Founder

I am a results-driven senior business manager with over 15 years of experience driving operational efficiency, organizational change, and business improvement. My skill set includes strategic planning, project management, system implementations, process optimization, and organizational development.

 

Throughout my career, I have helped organizations transform through the use of technology and process improvement initiatives. I bring a collaborative leadership style focused on empowering teams, facilitating change, and developing people. I effectively balance the needs of stakeholders while executing strategic priorities. Some of my key strengths include project management, change management, leadership development, and system implementations. I embrace lean and agile methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

 

I graduated from Tuskegee University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. I continuously pursue professional development and hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. My passion is helping organizations achieve their goals through people, processes, and technology.
